Dominating the bustling Millennium Square and just a short walk from the First Direct Arena, the Electric Press was once home to cabinet manufacturers Roodhouse & Sons, Chorley and Pickersgill’s print works and the West Riding Carriageworks.
Today, the Grade II listed building hosts Be At One, Catherine’s Place, Red Chilli, Revolution, Tavernaki and SAE/ICMP. There is extensive outdoor seating as well as a glazed, heated courtyard, making it the perfect destination whatever the weather. The Electric Press is also home to Carriageworks Theatre, which offers the best national and international touring productions.
